Travelling to Adventure Race Japan

The Adventure Race Japan takes place at the Mercure Nagano Matsushiro Resort & Spa in Nagano City, Japan.  Your team will need to make their way to Nagano Station where a shuttle bus will transfer you to the Mercure Hotel on Thursday 13th May, between 12:00-15:00.

Please note:
  • A shuttle service is not provided from either airport.  You’re required to make your own way to Nagano Train Station, where a shuttle bus will transfer you to the Mercure Hotel.

Shuttle Buses To/From Nagano Station and Mercure Hotel

Shuttle Bus Information (Arrival) – Nagano Station to Mercure Hotel 

 On 13th May complementary shuttle buses will run from Nagano Station to Mercure Hotel. Timings will be updated in early 2027 to reflect the correct bus schedule. 

Alternatively, you can take a taxi at your own expense from Nagano Station to Mercure Hotel, there are normally taxis available at the station.  

Shuttle Bus Information (Departure) – Mercure Hotel to Nagano Station

On 16th May complementary shuttle buses will run from Mercure Hotel to Nagano Station.  Timings will be updated in early 2027 to reflect the correct bus schedule.
